JROTC Cadet Preparedness & Readiness
Always Prepared, Always Ready
The JROTC Cadet Preparedness & Readiness Program is an eight-week leadership, readiness, character, and preparedness program designed to complement and strengthen the existing JROTC mission.
Through physical readiness, team-based activities, leadership development, preparedness training, service, communication, discipline, and applied decision-making, cadets are challenged to become stronger leaders, teammates, and citizens.
The program is designed to reinforce — not replace — the values and instruction already central to JROTC while providing cadets with additional opportunities to apply leadership, teamwork, accountability, preparedness, and service in practical settings.

Transformational Program

"Safer Schools Foundation is proud to be a national sponsor of Always Prepared, Always Ready."
Proper training and preparation may mean the difference between life and death.
The pre-boot camp preparation and readiness program is 8 weeks with sessions lasting 30-minutes or less. The self-spotting training system helps team members both males and females progress each week ensuring their bodies and minds are ready for anything boot camp throws their way.
The program is built around building and maintaining strong character that will benefit each participant for the rest of their lives. This 8-week program also includes onsite training with Always Prepared, Always Ready Certified Trainers. The trainers travel to your location to ensure those leading the program are equipped and ready.
