Acknowledgment of Program Scope
Safer Schools Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, in partnership with P2P Fit and Safe, LLC, is proud to offer P2P Fit and Safe, a comprehensive seven-tier educational program focused on youth safety, character development, and situational awareness. This program is designed to equip participants with knowledge, strategies, and proactive tools to help recognize, avoid, and respond to potential dangers that youth may encounter in everyday life.

This program is strictly educational and informational in nature. It is not a substitute for law enforcement intervention, professional counseling, or emergency services.
No Guarantee of Outcome
While every effort is made to provide accurate, relevant, and practical safety guidance, Safer Schools Foundation (SSF) and P2P Fit and Safe LLC make no representations or warranties, express or implied, that participation in this program will prevent injury, trauma, loss, or other adverse outcomes. Safety can never be absolutely guaranteed.
Participant Responsibility
Participants and/or their legal guardians acknowledge their responsibility to remain vigilant, to seek further education on personal safety and response strategies, and to use discretion in the application of materials learned through this program.
Release of Liability
By participating in this program, participants (or their parent/legal guardian if under 18), hereby voluntarily assume all risksassociated with participation and fully release and hold harmless both Safer Schools Foundation and P2P Fit and Safe LLC, including their officers, directors, staff, volunteers, contractors, and affiliates, from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in this program, in perpetuity and throughout all jurisdictions in the United States.
National Scope – Legal Governance
Although Safer Schools Foundation and P2P Fit and Safe LLC are headquartered in Oregon, this program is offered nationally. However, this release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action related to this agreement shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Oregon.
Acknowledgment of Understanding
By signing below, the undersigned confirms they have read and understood this release, fully accept its terms, and acknowledge that this release is binding indefinitely (in perpetuity) unless revoked in writing with confirmed receipt by both SSF and P2P Fit and Safe LLC.
